IRS has just received a Great Job Opportunity with a Premier Insurance Company, which I would like to discuss with you immediately!

Current Position:
� Workers’ Compensation Adjuster
� San Jose, California
� $30.00 to $37.00 per hour, Depending on Experience
� Temporary Assignment

Required Qualifications:
� 3 plus years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience
� Experienced Claims Adjuster Designation
� Ability to confirm coverage and/or resolve and coverage issues
� Conduct/direct investigation to determine AOE/COE to include 3-point contact within 5 business days
� Establish initial reserves within 5 business days and modify as appropriate within authority level
� Ability to authorize medical and indemnity benefit payments
� Experience evaluating facts and develop a proactive plan of action
� Ability to manage the legal process on litigated cases
� Experience reviewing and approving vocational rehabilitation plans
� Experience managing case summary diaries
� Strong computer proficiency
� Excellent written and verbal communication skills
� Must pass criminal background and credit check

Preferred Qualifications:
� Self-Insured Professional Certification
� Third Party Administrator experience
