|
Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales this brand new position will be charged with being the subject matter expert, for voluntary benefit sales, strategies, processes tools and technologies. The position trains, develops and manages a team of voluntary benefit specialists. You will act as the lead for the National Training Manager for the creation and delivery of sales, product and technology training for the sales organization (internal) and GAs, brokers and producers (external) as it relates to voluntary benefit sales. You will be engaged with our field organization in actual sales, sales presentations where critical assistance is needed in product, presentation, technology or other strategies to improve close ratios.
There will be a minimum of 4 direct reports.
If you possess
-College Degree or business equivalent
-Minimum of five years experience in the insurance industry working specifically within the voluntary and/or worksite market
-Experience managing staff within voluntary and/or worksite market
