DIRECTOR OF LARGE ACCOUNT UNDERWRITING
Our Property and Casualty Insurance client is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are looking for a talented individual with a strong work ethic and strong motivational skills. You will direct the Large Commercial Account Underwriting area, making sure targeted loss ratios and volume goals are met or exceeded. In addition, you will analyze loss ratios, prepare quarterly reports for discussion at management meetings, coach, train and develop subordinate managers as well as assist in developing new products. This position offers significant growth potential.
The qualified candidate must have a college degree, MBA Degree preferred, 5+ years of P&C commercial large account underwriting experience, prior management experience and the desire to succeed in a challenging environment.
