First and foremost - must have a strong insurance service and sales background in personal lines. Second must have 4+ years agency experience as well working in the farm & ranch Area . They will also look at people in other states in the SE that have a strong background with small horse farms. They are looking for a person that is not afraid to mingle with the elite of the horse world and become their personnel lines insurance expert. Great ability to earn six figures if you aggressive and connected in the horse world.
