Current Position:
· Special Investigations Unit Supervisor
· Harrisburg, Pennsylvania
· $40k to $60k
· Direct Hire
Required Qualifications:
· Manages a field Special Investigations Unit assigning cases, providing guidance and direction for Special Investigators
· Investigations will be for clients Workers’ Compensation department
· In-depth knowledge of the insurance industry, Special Investigation Unit operations, Workers’ Compensation claims handling, payment operations, and insurance contracts
· Knowledge of legal issues and litigation process for State and Federal civil and criminal law
· Supports the client’s Claims Department by providing expert investigative services and consultation
· Ensures that the client’s Workers’ Compensation Claims Department is provided with a timely, quality investigative product to make appropriate decisions involving fraud issues
· Makes one-on-one observations for performance assessment needed to achieve investigative excellence
· Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Word
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must pass criminal background check and have a clean driving record
