Current Position:
· Field Multi-line Adjuster
· Jonesboro, Arkansas
· Open – Based on Experience – Plus Quarterly Incentive bonus program
· Direct Hire
Job Description:
In this role, we are looking for someone who will provide and deliver superior claim adjusting services and solutions for customers in multiple lines of business.
· Investigate coverage, liability, compensability and damages with all parties involved in a claim Investigate claims by interviewing claimants, witnesses, establish claim reserves, handle evidence, obtain and interpret official reports, medical reports and claim forms, and attend/participate at mediation, trials or hearings
· Negotiates and settles claims, sets reserves, and manages litigation within client service parameters provide filings with regulatory agencies, disposing of salvage and pursuing subrogation when appropriate
· Respond before, after and during work hours to emergency on site claim investigations. May be on-call
· Maintain professional technical knowledge through continuing education in multiple lines of business
Provided:
Setup with a complete home office: Company car, Phone, Laptop, Camera, etc.
Required Qualifications:
· Must have commercial and personal lines experience
· Minimum 2 years of insurance adjusting experiences specializing in at least two lines of business (Casualty, Property, or Workers’ Compensation)
· A valid driver’s license
· Licensing as required by state and local jurisdictions
· In-depth knowledge of insurance coverage, practices and negotiating skills in multiple lines of business
· Familiarity with legal, medical and technical disciplines within specific business lines
· Arkansas license in Property and Casualty
· Proficient in Xactimate
· Strong computer proficiency
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must pass criminal background check prior to being considered
Preferred Qualifications:
· Associate’s Degree
· Sales Skills
· Prior IA (Independent Adjuster) or TPA experience
