Current Position:
� Commercial Property Supervisor
� Dallas, Texas
� Open � Depending on Experience
� Direct Hire

Description:
Oversee a staff of 4-8 Commercial Property Adjusters.
Provide training on company policies and procedures.
Knowledgeable in coverage analysis.
Manages reserve process to ensure reserve adequacy.
Conduct and schedule claim reviews.
Set performance requirements and goals for staff.
Develop staff and conduct performance evaluations.
Conduct interviews for new or replacement positions.

Required Qualifications:
� Ideal candidate will have 5 plus years of Supervisory experience.
� Proficient in Client Relations
� Must have a working knowledge of Business Interruption
� Possess strong leadership qualities
� Strong computer proficiency
� Excellent written and verbal communications skills
� Must pass criminal background check prior to being considered

Preferred Qualifications:
� Insurance Carrier experience
� 4 year Bachelor�s degree
