Specialty insurance company is seeking an Executive to assist in managing the compliance for their Life & Health Division .
The key responsibilities are :
The oversight and monitoring of all regulatory compliance matters affecting the Life and Health insurance company functions including but not limited to rate and form filing, agent licensing, underwriting, marketing, product development and claims.
The position is responsible for communication with state and federal insurance regulators, supervision of regulatory examinations, monitoring and communicating the implementation of new or revised laws and regulations, supervising the divisions anti-fraud process, complaint tracking, review and approval of advertising material, supervision of third party administrators and compliance-related project management. The responsibilities also include interaction with key leaders of the various business units within the Life and Health division and Information Technology.
